IMPORTANT PRODUCT RECALL INFORMATION

In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Health Canada, and PROFECO, Skip Hop is conducting a voluntary recall of the Silver Lining Cloud Activity Gym. * Please note that this recall only involves the raindrop on the cloud toy. While the product passes all safety and quality requirements, based on a small number of complaints, the raindrops may pose a choking hazard to young children if they detach from the cloud toy. Consumers will be instructed to remove the raindrops from the raindrop toy by cutting them off.

The recall applies to the following product:
• Raindrop Toy Component sold with Silver Lining Cloud Activity Gym, Style No. SH307150, UPC No. 879674025721.

1. A store recall poster to notify consumers about the voluntary recall that you can display in your stores on bulletin boards, checkout counters, cash registers, customer service desks and entrances. You can download here.

2. A consumer notification e-mail to send to any purchasers of the product listed for whom you have contact information, in order to notify them directly. You can download here. If you prefer, you can provide us with the following information and we can contact them directly: name, address, phone number, e-mail address, date of purchase.

Information for retailers:

We are asking retailers to return all units of the Silver Lining Cloud Activity Gym, Style No. SH307150, UPC No. 879674025721 in inventory to Bloom & Grow directly for rework. Please contact your Bloom & Grow account manager, or call our Hong Kong office on +852 2815 0585 to arrange ASAP.
