Conditions: Return/ Repair / Replacement
- DOA request form MUST be accompanied by a copy of INVOICE and provide the defect product photos to avoid delay.
- Allow 2 weeks to check on DOA status.
- All items MUST be return with original packaging and contents.
- Replacement of DOA (Defective On Arrival) item MUST be returned within 7 business days from the invoice date.
- Approved by your sales person, return back with complete item's contents and original package within 30 days from invoice date.
- I have read and comply with these procedures.
