How do I know who I am buying from?
Products labelled “Independent Vendor” are supplied by third-party vendors.
Products without this label are supplied directly by Bloom & Grow.
Why does this distinction matter?
Different payment, delivery, import, and return terms apply depending on the supplier.
Independent Vendor Orders
How do I place an order with an Independent Vendor?
All Independent Vendor orders must be placed directly through the Bloom Connect website.
Orders cannot be processed manually or offline.
How do payments work?
Independent Vendor orders must be prepaid securely by credit card at checkout.
Who is responsible for import duties and customs?
The Retailer is the importer of record and is responsible for:
- Customs clearance
- Duties and taxes
- Local compliance requirements
Can I order directly from the Vendor outside the platform?
No — all Independent Vendor transactions must remain on the Bloom Connect platform.
Can I combine brands to meet minimum order values?
No — minimum order requirements apply per brand.
Who do I contact if there is an issue with my order?
Bloom Connect should be contacted directly through the platform.
We will support communication and resolution with the Vendor.

What is different when ordering Bloom & Grow brands?
Bloom & Grow acts as the supplier and importer of record.
Can I access credit terms?
Approved retailers may be eligible for credit terms for Bloom & Grow orders.
Who handles importation for Bloom & Grow orders?
Bloom & Grow manages importation and customs clearance for its flagship brands.
What are the delivery terms?
Local Bloom & Grow delivery terms and minimum order values apply depending on your country.
Payments & Support
Is payment secure?
Yes — all payments are processed securely through Bloom Connect.
What happens if products arrive damaged or delayed?
Retailers should contact Bloom Connect directly through the platform.
We will coordinate with the relevant supplier to support resolution.
